He has earned his MBBS degree, completed BCS (Health), and holds an MD in Cardiology. Currently, he serves as an Assistant Professor of Cardiology at the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases & Hospital, Dhaka, where he is actively involved in clinical practice, academic teaching, and research.
