Our nutritionists translate a medical plan into what to actually eat. Advice is built around your own diet, budget and routine rather than a standard sheet.
Who we see
- People with diabetes needing carbohydrate guidance
- High blood pressure, raised cholesterol and heart disease
- Kidney and liver conditions requiring restricted diets
- Weight gain and weight loss
- Anaemia and other nutritional deficiencies
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Children who are not gaining weight as expected
- Nutrition before and after surgery
What to bring
A record of what you ate and drank over three ordinary days — including the days that did not go to plan — plus your recent blood results. That makes the first appointment far more productive than a general discussion.
